Don’t Regret It, Don’t Question It – Accept & Learn.

Happy Monday bloggers! Can you call Monday happy? lol unless it’s a bank holiday!. Hope you all had a nice weekend!.

I sometimes feel like an advice guru with my friends.  Not saying that I’m the best at giving advice but I seem to be the one to go to these days and I don’t mind that at all. If I can help a friend in need then that’s why I’m here. After all friends are here to help take some stress off one another,a shoulder to cry on and most importantly fun to be around. Anyway I do learn a lot listening to different problems and the different situations. Some people do get themselves in quite the situation and sometimes I feel as they couldn’t have made a bigger mistake however I never judge their actions but I do try to calm them down and tell them that in the future all this happened to contribute to a bigger picture. This is what I wanted to blog about today, I just want everyone to know that it is Okay to make a mistake and to repeat that mistake a couple of times if its needed  but don’t stay stuck with the “What If’s”, Just move on and depend on your friends to help you move forward. If there’s something I believe in its this. Every bad choice you make in life,every wrong turn you make,every fight and every friendship , there is for a reason for it. How would we know how to differentiate between a good and bad friend if we had not trusted someone whom we shouldn’t have ? How would we not know NOT to do that same action again if we hadn’t done it before?. Especially with friendships,I am sure that most of you think “I wish I had never met him/her”. Stop there, think at one point you must have had fun ? and most importantly did that friendship introduce you to better friends today?. Ask yourself questions TODAY,not questions on what happened yesterday but what and who is in your life today and who you think will be in your life tomorrow.

It’s all in the posts title “Don’t Regret It,Don’t Question It but Accept & Learn from it”. Don’t fight fate,embrace it and by that you will let happiness enter your life and soon you will realise that the bad choices or mistakes that had once took over your mind was nothing but a small glitch along the way to your happiness today. 🙂

Negative Friends & People

Hey bloggers, its been quite sometime since I’ve blogged. Its good to take a couple of weeks off so you can go through new experiences that will make your blog just that tiny bit better. Hope you have ALL been well, remember if you need some advice or simply someone to talk to go to my “Contact” page and just send me a little e-mail.

Today’s blog  post is about our everyday surroundings. Especially the whole Monday – Friday routine, don’t know about most of you but yes,sadly I have a routine during the week. Everyday starts with WORK. Now I am lucky that I work with two of my closest friends so it does make work more fun at times but at times it’s also a curse in disguise. Spending so much time with someone can put a strain on any relationship. Now,our thoughts,actions and general outcome of the day all depends on our spiritual energy. By this I mean how we feel. Sure we all have  bad days,its normal we are human!. Can we prevent some of these days? Simple answer is YES . Speaking from personal experience I have noticed that some of my closest friends carry this negative vibe most of the time. Saying this I must point out that this,by any means this does NOT make them a bad friend or a bad person. Its their look on life’s situations and their reaction which makes them become a negative person. Spend the first couple of hours of your new day with a negative vibe around you and your mind will adapt to it subconsciously. If this happens you will find yourself not dealing with daily situations as easy as it may seem.

One of my closest friends,when i look at her it’s like looking at a rainbow or the sun (Cheesy i know). She is just full of positivity you can tell a mile away. Spending the day with her will lift you’re spirits up,it will give you an energy that you won’t realise where it came from.  I deeply believe in vibes,auras and energies,it’s what breaks as down as individuals. Looking at the good side of things will help you as a person and then it will have a positive effect on your life. Also some things that may help at being at peace with yourself are by treating others how you wish to be treated yourself,let go of trying to control people and situations and most importantly try to look at the positive side of things.

So a little task for you all is – When you find yourself in company with a negative vibe try to make it positive. It’s easy,maybe you and your friend are discussing a topic that every conclusion to that topic ends in a negative frame of mind. Try and think and turn it around. Mix more with positive thoughts and the energy will follow.

Stress!

Hey Bloggers,

                     Today has been an extremely stressful day at work because it we had the Annual Staff Meeting. This means I would sit with 2 bosses in a meeting and discuss everything we do right and wrong. During the day today i was stressing out just thinking on what they would say!

 

I think when we stress out we over think everything and our minds being as powerful as they are make these scenarios on what could happen. Today i had all types of scenario i was convinced i was going to quit because of what would have been said in the meeting, i tried to calm down but it just wasn’t working and now that its over i feel a bit stupid for how i was feeling earlier on because it wasn’t a bad meeting.

I guess sometimes we should try and keep calm and not let these scenarios run wild in our imaginations!

Time!

Hey Bloggers i hope you liked my morning message,

today’s post is going to be about time. How we all want time to go by  quickly. When most of us are at work we wish it was time to go, when we are at a party we don’t want to be we wish it was later so we can leave and if we had a big event in the next few days we would wish that time will go by quicker. But then we think back and we think and say ” omg! how time has passed these days it seems like yesterday”…. and ” the week has passed by so quick” . So maybe we contradict ourselves but its a way of life.

So Today don’t try and rush through things just enjoy the time you have,enjoy what you are doing and take all of it in because you know it you will be saying ” i wish it was that day again!”

A Way To Release Stress!

Hey Bloggers, In this blog i am going to ask you to comment about your day,a way to blow some steam off. How many off you after work,school or uni go home and are in a bad mood because of the day you had and you take the blame out on your family or friends?
